The Company headquartered in Surabaya East Java and situated in Jl KH M Mansyur 229 Surabaya. The Company supported by 1 branch office in Jakarta, and 1 Industrial Equipment Plant in Pasuruan East Java with flagship product includes casting products consisting of iron, steel steel and also industrial equipment.

As part of the Company's business expansion, PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions :
  1. SDM (SDM)
    • 2 positions - D3/S1 Engineering/Non Engineering
  2. Keuangan (KEU)
    • 1 position - D3/S1 Economics Finance
  3. Akuntansi  (AK)
    • 1 position - D3/S1 Economics Accounting
  4. Satuan Pengawasan Internal (SPI)
    • 2 positions - D3 3/S1 Economics Accounting
  5. Pengadaan (LOG)
    • 4 positions - D3/S1 preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  6. Penjualan/Estimator (PENJ)
    • 2 positions - D3/S1 preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  7. P2 Produksi (P2)
    • 2 positions - D3/S1 preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  8. Engineering (ENG)
    • 3 positions - D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering (2 positions), Civil Engineering (1 position)
  9. Produksi/Pabrikasi (PROD)
    • 9 positions - D3/S1 preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
      General Requirements
      • Preferably Male, with godd health (Physical and Spiritual)
      • Max age 27 years old and not married
      • Min GPA of 2.75
      • Proficiency in English both oral and written
      • Computer literate (as required fields / positions)
      • Have a good communication skill
      • Hardworker and able to work in a team, conscientious, and honest
