- Have the knowledge, skills and experience in the field of planning and implementation of strategy management at the business unit / directorate / subsidiaries
- Has held project management project using national and regional scale based on the best practices of more than 1 year.
- Having the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with foreign parties and negotiation experience

- Have the ability to speak English and excellent computer
- Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years experience in the field of planning, strategy development, implementation of projects
