PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN is a largest state-owned company in Indonesia that deals with  electricity power service, headquartered in Jakarta. PLN is a wholly owned by the Government of Republic of Indonesia through  the State Minister for SoE. PLN had 47 business units nationwide, consisting of 6 units in Java Bali operation area, 9 units in West Indonesia operation area, 8 units in East Indonesia operation area, 6 units in services operation area, 12 units parent projects (UIP) and 6 units in PLN Generations (KIT). The Company also supported by 12 direct owned subsidiaries. Based on PT PLN (Persero) Consolidated Financial Statements 2012, the Company recorded excellent results. PLN's total assets experienced growth of 15.58% to Rp540,70 trillion in 2012 from Rp467,78 trillion in previous year.
