PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PNM is a rapid growing business entity in Indonesia that was deals with non bank financial services, headquartered in Jakarta. The Company was founded in 1999 and formed by the Government of Indonesia based on Government Regulation of Republic Indonesia No 38 in 1999. The Company operated ULaMM or Unit Layanan Modal Mikro (a micro finance unit) and specially designed to empower micro, small, medium enterprises and cooperatives (UMKMK) segments by implementing the business activities of financial services, investment and management services & partnership. As of December 2012 2012, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) supported by 580 service network, including 477 units ULaMM, 22 branches, 5 sub branches, and 76 cluster offices across the Country.

Manager Klaster (MK)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 and max age 32 years old
  • Preferably experienced as cluster manager in micro finance at least 1 year (MK)
  • Mastering the local language and culture
  • Experienced in lead a team
  • Preferably have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Asisten Manager Klaster (AMK)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 and max age 32 years old
  • Preferably experienced as unit manager or Assistant Cluster Manager in micro finance at least 1 year (AMK)
  • Mastering the local language and culture
  • Experienced in lead a team
  • Preferably have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Analis Pembiayaan Kluster (APK)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 with max age 32 years old
  • Preferably experienced as credit/loan officer in micro finance at least 2 years
  • Mastering the local language and culture
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excell)
  • Preferably have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Staf Remedial Klaster (RMK)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 with max age 32 years old (RMK)
  • Preferably experienced as collector in banking/micro finance units/other financial institutions at least 1 year
  • Preferably have vehicle (SIM C)
Operasional Klaster (OPK)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 from all majors, preferably from Accounting/Finance
  • Max age 26 years old
  • Experienced as finance/credit staff in financial institution at least 1 year
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excell)
  • Have a good understanding of accounting and financial admnistration
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Have SIM C
Manager Unit (MU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 and max age 32 years old
  • Preferably experienced as unit manager in micro finance at least 1 year (MU)
  • Mastering the local language and culture
  • Experienced in lead a team
  • Preferably have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 with max age 32 years old
  • Preferably experienced as credit/loan officer in micro finance at least 2 years
  • Mastering the local language and culture
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excell)
  • Preferably have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Marketing Unit (MKU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 with max age 32 years old
  • Preferably experienced as sales/marketing in micro finance unit or other micro finance institutions at least 1 year
  • Mastering the local language and culture
  • Preferably have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Kolektor Unit (KLU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min SMA with max age 32 years old (KLU)
  • Preferably experienced as collector in banking/micro finance units/other financial institutions at least 1 year
  • Preferably have vehicle (SIM C)
Operasional Unit (OPU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 from all majors, preferably from Accounting/Finance
  • Max age 26 years old

  • Experienced in administration/finance/chasier at least 1 year
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excell)
  • Have a good understanding of accounting and financial admnistration
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Have SIM C
