Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan or the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri Rural is the community empowerment program for Community Empowerment to alleviation the poverty in Indonesia. PNPM Mandiri was establidhed by The Government of Republic Indonesia and was launched by the President of Republic of Indonesia in 2007 at Palu - Central Sulawesi. PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan also operates as the world largest community-based poverty reduction programs and implemented nationwide in approximately 60,000 villages. Since 1998, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan has been implemented in more than 58% of villages across Indonesia. Until 2008, the program is to reach 42,319 of the poorest villages in Indonesia.

To achieve the program vision, to attain the poor prosperity and independency in rural areas, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals for the following challenging positions as

C. Penempatan RMC di Provinsi
  1. Financial Management Support

    • Junior : Prov Nusa Tenggara Timur & Papua
  2. Case and Compalint Handing
    • Senior : Lampung, Kalimantan Selatan, Jawa Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Maluku, Sulawesi Tenggara, Gorontalo & Papua Barat
    • Junior : Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah
  3. Communication, Information & Education (Junior) : Bangka Belitung, Kalimantan Barat, Sulawesi Barat, Maluku, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Gorontalo, Maluku Utara, Papua, & Papua Barat
  4. Infrastruktur
    • Senior : Maluku Utara
    • Junior : Papua
  5. Training
    • Senior : Jawa Barat, Maluku, Maluku Utara
    • Junior : Jawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Sulawesi Selatan
  6. Management Information System
    • Senior : Kalimantan Timur, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Sulawesi Utara
    • Junior : Papua
  7. Micro Credit Finance Support (Senior) : all province in Indonesia
General Requirements
  • Min S1, majoring in
    1. Law : A-1, C-2
    2. Management : A-2, C-7
    3. Management or Accounting : C-1
    4. Informatics : A-3, A-4, B-2, C-6
    5. Civil : C-4
    6. All majors : B-1, B-3, B-4, B-5, C-3, C-5
  • Have relevant experience at least 7 years for Senior and 5 years for Junior
  • Have worked together in government programs that directly relate to community development or similar programs
