Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan - Kalsel or South Kalimantan Province is a province of Indonesia and located in Kalimantan Island, the Indonesian territory of Borneo. The provincial capital of South Kalimantan Province is Banjarmasin. Kalsel is bordered by the East Kalimantan Province in the north, the Java Sea in the south, the Central Kalimantan Province in the west and north, and the Makassar Strait in the east. The province with total area of 36.985 km2 has 11 regencies and 2 cities. South Kalimantan Province is lead by Drs H Rudi Arifin as a Governor. Based on Population Cencus 2010, South Kalimantan Province has a total population of 3,626,119 people.

General Requirements

• Min S1, preferably from Economics, Finance, Information Technology and D4 in Social Science
• Max age 27 years old per September 2013 and have at least 1 year of college and also have a work / organization experience 
• Not married and willing to not marry during the program and is known by parents
• Have a good health as evidenced by a medical letter from the government doctor
• Not tied to employment contracts at institutions / agencies and not being anywhere to continue studying during the contract
• Has never participated in the program SP3/PSP-3
• Willing to be assigned in rural areas throughout Indonesia (outside the province of origin)
• Willing to sign a contract for 2 years
• Good behavior and drug-free
• Have a good writting and documenting skills through information technology
• Willing to not applying PNS during contract
