PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) is based in Jakarta and its head office is situated in Jl DI Panjaitan Kav 14, Cawang, Jakarta Timur 13340. The Company had 5 area offices, including Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Samarinda, and Makassar. The Company also supported by 4 division units, namely Divisi 1, Divisi 2, Divisi 3 (EPC), and Divisi Peralatan. In 2010, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) rewarded a prestigious international certificate, the ISO 14001:2004 certification for environmental management system from Sucofindo International Certification Services.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old.
• At least 5 years experience as Finance Manager.
• Bachelor degree in Economy, Accounting, Finance Management or other relevant disciplines. Master degree is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge in Financial Strategic & Planning, Treasury Management, Banking, Cash Flow Management, investment management, and financial process in general.
• Understanding of accounting procedure and tax.
• Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active & passive).
• Broad network in Prominent Financiers.
• Highly of committed, integrity and accountability.
• Have an interesting personality, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.

HR Manager

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old.
• At least 5 years experience as HR Manager.
• Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines. Master degree is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Payroll system and Legal Compliance Services, Training & Development, Selection & Recruitment, Personnel & Employee Relation, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit, Salary Structure Development.
• Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active & passive).
• Highly of committed, integrity and accountability.
• Have an interesting personality, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.
