Since 2005, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk operates as an affiliate company of Philip Morris International through PT Philip Morris Indonesia. As of December 2011, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk supported by 8 production facilities, including 2 clove cigarette machine plants, and 6 hand-rolled cigarette plants. The Company is also working with 38 units Cigarette Production Partners ("MPS") situated in various locations in Java. Based on PT HM Sampoerna Tbk Annual Report 2012, the Company recorded net sales of Rp66.6 trillion, up 26.1% from Rp52.9 trillion achieved in 2011.

General Requirements
- Min S1/S1
- Min GPA 3.00 (S1) and min 3.25 (S2)
- Maximum two years of work experience
- Willing to travel and open to the possibility of working throughout Indonesia
- Proficiency in English
- Students graduating by December 2013 are welcome to apply
- Has never been participate Sampoerna selection process in the past year
