PT Nestlé Indonesia - Nestlé Indonesia is a strategic subsidiary of Nestlé SA, a world leading company in nutrition, health and wellness from Vevey, Switzerland. In Indonesia, Nestlé has been active since 1971 and formerly known as PT Food Specialties Indonesia. The name PT Nestlé Indonesia was established in 2000 as the merged entity of 3 companies, namely PT Food Specialties Indonesia, Nestlé Confectionary Indonesia and Supmi Sakti. PT Nestlé Indonesia is based in Jakarta and supported by 3 factories, namely in Kejayan Factory in Kejayan East Java (operated since 1986), Panjang Factory in Panjang Lampung (operated since 1976) and Cikupa Factory in Banten (operated since 1998). In 2013, PT Nestlé Indonesia launched Karawang Factory as its fourth production facilities to produce Milo, Cerelac and Dancow. Nestlé's Karawang Factory is situated in Surya Cipta City of Industry Ciampel Karawang - West Java.

To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Nestlé Indonesia are now seeking to recruit the best candidates for the following challenging positions as :

For Permanent Position (Karawang Factory)

1. Production Skilled Operator / Team Member (Code : PSO)
2. Production Supervisor (Code : PS)
3. Laboratory Analyst (Code : LA)
4. Mechanics (Code : MEC)
5. Electricians (Code : ELO)
6. Instrumentist (Code : INS)
7. Packging (Code : PCK)

General Requirements

• D3 of Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical) or the equivalent (PSO, ELO, MEC, INS)
• S1 of Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical) or the equivalent (PS, LA, and PCK)
• With min GPA 2.8
• 1 -2 years of working experiences in similar industry will be an advantage
• Able to comprehend instructions in English
• Willing to lear new things and share the knowledge to other eagerly
• Willling to work in shift rotation
• Able to work alone or as team member with minimum supervision
