Due to strengthen its team, PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :
x1 Purchasing & Inventory Control Superintendent (PICS)
Requirements
- High level of business acumen to deal professionaly with PT NHM Suppliers
- High level of knwoledge in supply market research to support direct sourcing initiative to select supplier base on quality, leadtime and total cost of ownership
- High level of knwoledge in inventory control area
- High level interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
- Must have high level knowledge of the SAP System
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Having strong motivation, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Hardworking and able to work in a team
- Committed to apply Newcreast Values
- Be able to work and complete tasks with minimum supervision
Requirements
- Min Senior High School (SMA) or similar
- Min 5 (five) years of underground operational experience
- Experience in operating cabloter
- Experience in conducting ground support - grouting activities
- Experience in operating 2 (two) other underground mobile equipments
- Able to perform work area inspectiob

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in mining or Geotechnical Engineering with related rock mechanics background and academic qualification
- Min two years experience in Mining (preferably Underground and hard rock mines)
- Good knwoledge of Rock Mechanics and relevant software
- Postgraduate qualifications and supervisory training would be well regarded
- Fluent in English, both written and oral is essential
- Hold a valid driving license
- Good physical condition
- Must demonstrate strong initiative and ability to perform as part of a team
- Must have commitment to work in both underground and open pit operating environtments
- Good communication skill and atitude
