PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) - PTPN XI is a well-established state-owned agribusiness plantation company in Indonesia with main business in sugar industry. The Company contributes approximately of 16% on sugar national productions. The Company has been operating in Indonesia since 1996 and headquartered in Surabaya. PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) supported by 2 business units, namely sugar mill business unit, and spiritus & alcohol business unit. The Company's sugar mill business units had 16 sugar mills, situated in Ngawi, Magetan, Madiun, Pasuruan, Situbondo, Probolinggo, Bondowoso, Lumajang, and Jember. While it's spiritus and alcohol plant located in Lumajang under the name of PASA Djatiroto. PTPN XI also operates PK Rosella Baru, a sacks factory in Surabaya.

- Male
- Min SMA, preferably D3 majoring in Economics
- Maximal born : 31 May 1983
- Computer literate, min MS Office Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Willing to work full-time (not part-time)
- Willing to be placed in all unit of Dapenbun
