PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PNM is a state-owned enterprise in non bank financial services. The Company is based in Jakarta and owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company through ULaMM is specially designed to empower micro, small, medium enterprises and cooperatives (UMKMK) segments by implementing the business activities of financial services, investment and management services & partnership. As of December 2012, PNM supported by 580 service network, including 477 units ULaMM, 22 branches, 5 sub branches, and 76 cluster offices across the Country. Based on PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Annual Report 2012, the Company had showed significant operational results in 2012. PNM reported  total ULaMM financing worth of Rp2.513 trillion, incerased by 28.71% from Rp1.95 trillion in 2011.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals who have high idealism and integrity for the following challenging positions as which will placed in Kalsel and Kalteng
  1. Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)
    • Placements : Banjarmasin - Kasongan - Batulicin - Barabai
  2. Marketing Unit (MKU)
    • Placements : Tanjung - Sungai Danau - Batu Licin - Kasongan - Sampit
  3. Kolektor Unit (KLU)
    • Placements : Banjarmasin - Tanjung - Palangkaraya - Barabai
  4. Remedial Kluster (RMK)
    • Placements : Palangkaraya
  5. Driver (DRV)
    • Placements : Bajarmasin - Banjarbaru - Palangkaraya
General Requirements
  • Male/Female, min D3 (1, 2, 4), and min SMA or equivalent (3, 5)
  • Experienced as Credit/Loan Officer at multifinance/banking company (1)
  • Preferably experienced in the field of marketing or sales direct selling  (2)
  • Max age 32 years old (1, 2, 3, 4) and 35 years old (5)
  • Prefeably have own vehicle and SIM C (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Have SIM A, preferably for experienced (5)
  • Mastering in Microsoft Office, min Word and Excel (1, 2, 3, 4)
