- S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power Lines), Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering / Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Physics
- Minimum GPA of 2.90
- Maximum age 26 years
- Fresh graduate or max 2 years work experience
- Communicative and strong analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in the work area AOP group (Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang)
