PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - Hutama Karya is a business entity in construction services, owned by th Government of Indonesia. The Company registered in Jakarta and having 7 regional offices, including Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, and Makassar. PT HK also supported by 2 division and 3 directly owned subsidiaries, namely PT HK Realtindo, PT Hakaaston, and PT Pole Haka (Hakapole). Originally registered as PN Hutama Karya in 1961. The Company is a nationalization results of the Dutch construction company, Hollandsche Beton Maatshappij. The name PT Hutama Karya (Persero) was launched in 1973. Based on PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Financial Statements 2012 (Audited), the Company maintain consistency in making positive performance. During 2012, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) posted total assets of Rp4.93 trillion million, representing a growth of 21.17% from previous year amounted to Rp4.07 trillion.

- Site Engineer
- Site Operation
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Min S1 majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Male, with maximum age 23 years old (not married) for fresh graduates
- Have a good health (Physical and Spiritual)
- Not color blind
- No bond attached to another agency
