Requirements
- Min. D3/S1 majoring in Agriculture, Forestry, Accounting, Engineering with min GPA 2.75
- Max age 28 years old
- Not married
- Have a good leadership skill, able to work in a team, honest, disciplined, responsible
- Have a high motivated to succeed
- Willing to stay and placed in all operation units of Sampoerna Agro across Indonesia
- Willing to follow the educational program and undergo a bond
